Job Responsibilities:
- Provides round the clock responsive customer and internal support
- Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, finished goods as per the schedule
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for chocolate decoration
- Any ad-hoc task that may be given by your direct supervisor
- Responsible in ensuring that stores rules and regulations are strictly followed
- Assists customer by providing product information and offering suggestions
- Decorate chocolates and ensure nice presentation to make it more appealing to the customer
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work station and adhere to health and safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in kitchen production; either in baking, pastry or chocolate/candy confection-making
- Organized and has a good customer service skills
- Creativity and good communication skills
- Has a strong sense of responsibility
- Must be able to create figurine
